Clients shall defend, indemnify, and hold Salty Rim, LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, costs (including attorney’s fees), damages and liabilities arising or alleged to arise from any injuries to any person(s) or damage to any Client property occurring during your stay in or about your stay at the Mystic Mermaid.

Damage includes but not limited to: smoking inside, unauthorized pets, leaving the house excessively dirty, damage to furnishings, removal of linens and decorative or permanent items. We define excessive dirtiness as: trash spread throughout the property, excessive food spilled around the house, stove and refrigerator.

Furnishings, linens, living electronics such as SONOS and various Bluetooth devices, AT&T U450 Cable & WiFi, standard kitchen appliances, heating & air conditioning. We do NOT allow use of the fireplace. All equipment should be in working order when you arrive. Please report anything NOT working as soon as possible and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem.

A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.

Foods(s) of any kind including seasonings, condiments, grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo and body wash. Please bring cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap if you have specific allergic requirements.

Chairs, umbrellas, and accessible beach toys, boards and rafts are available for your enjoyment. A canopy is recommend but NOT provided.

~ BBQ GRILLING ON WOODEN DECK IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ~ A Weber grill provided for BBQs is stowed directly under the fire extinguisher in garage. Grilling should be done at least 4 feet on grassy area around and away from house and/or deck space. For the best grilling experience, position BBQ pit anywhere along the East side of the house overlooking the reflection pond. It’s also a great spot for views of the beach and relief from direct sun. Grilling utensils are provided in kitchen. Please allow coals to burn out and pit to cool COMPLETELY before replacing it back in storage/garage area.

Children/kids CANNOT access elevator car alone and MUST be accompanied by an adult over 21 to ride. Elevator MUST be parked at the main living level before locking and leaving house. Additional transporter details provided upon Client acquiring access and use of the property.
