Enjoy this Jamaica Beach, TX vacation rental from $250/night. Nightly rates are set per rental seasons. *Peak seasonal rates are between Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Off-season rates are lowest for Fall/Winter and increase in the Spring.
A total cost for your length of stay will be based on a nightly rate. We prefer processing your total payment via PayPal to immediately book and hold your week-long reservation. Upon received payment at least 30 days prior to your arrival, we will provide property access information. If time and/or availability permits, checks are accepted as a form of payment.
The Mystic Mermaid does welcome Winter Texan rentals for Snowbirds. In addition to a low monthly rate, Winter Texans pay for utilities including electricity, water, gas, phone, cable & internet, and pet fees ($150 non-refundable pet fee). There is no Hotel Occupancy Tax on rentals of 30 days or more. Come stay from October thru February on the Texas Gulf Coast within a gated community that has a semi-private walkover pier directly to beach while enjoying a single-story living space with elevator mobility. The Mystic Mermaid is your perfect retreat.

With 4 guest areas completing a 1,732 sq. ft. single-floor living space, the den, dining and kitchen with breakfast bar are all part of an open floor plan. This beach home comes with the convenience of an elevator to unload upon arrival and load up for departure. Enjoy WiFi, SONOS and Bluetooth connectivity throughout the home with U-verse receiver in the main living and (1) wireless receiver. Connect your personal iPad and/or digital device to any TV. Enjoy a TV/PlayStation (games are limited) and/or connectivity to your personal digital device in the sunrise room.

Located in gated community of The Boardwalk at Jamaica Beach, the Mystic Mermaid offers many options to enjoy stunning views and spaces for relaxation to help escape reality.
Enjoy beach views and sounds of the surf around a dining table with seating for 6 and separate seating for 2 on the main entry deck. Our beach level includes 2 separate, spacious covered decks linked by an outdoor shower area. That space offers 2 picnic tables with a separate dining table overlooking Koi pond with nearby water fountain. Enjoy peaceful days and nights around the boardwalk with access directly to the beach across a private dune walkover.
Area Amenities: Entry to the Jamaica Beach Swimming Pool cost $5 per person for a daily pass. Regatta Basin public boat ramp provides access to the canals of Jamaica Beach.
